Most arrows seem to be balanced, but with the most recent bow rework, there are a few arrows that have become disgustingly powerful.

Harming Arrow:
- It has recently been balanced with the damage reduction
- Make the harming effect apply only to players with 15+ health

Levitation Arrow:
- Arrow spam is a big buff to these things since you can keep shooting them in the air with relative ease
- Make it like the harming bow, where you have to fully draw it back for the effect to apply so they can't spam the arrows

Stray Arrow:
- 2 High level effects are too op for that bow and the arrow spam is the the worst part
- Make it especially like the harming bow, where you have to fully draw it back for the effect to apply to prevent spam
- Or decrease the slowness effect by 1 level or remove the mining fatigue
- Reduce duration to 2.5 seconds

Blindness:
- Pretty balanced

Poison:
- Very balanced

Hunger Arrow:
- Gives hunger 2 for 3 seconds + (Possibly poison for 1 second)
- Good against fast healing

Levitation arrows are getting a nerf for sure but I haven't decided on what yet. I think harming arrows have been nerfed enough. Not sure about stray arrows, I don't see many players using them.
